Live Recording Audio Work Samples

I am passionate about audio engineering! Capturing the ideal sound of an acoustic instrument or ensemble, in the performance space that it exists, is an immensely enthralling game to play and will always be grateful for the privilege to record excellent performers. I specialize in location recordings of soloists, chamber ensembles, choirs, or chamber orchestras for pre-recorded virtual concerts, live-streamed concerts, demos/audition tapes, or for albums to be released commercially. If you are interested in collaborating, I would be happy to tell you how I could serve your audio needs.

Testimonial:

“Nick Revel is super easy to work with and uses his own musical expertise, professionalism, and excellent ears to get great results. He saved the day and made something I thought would be terrifying fun and smooth. I can’t thank him enough.” John-Paul Norpoth (double bass)

"We are so pleased with our recordings from Nick. The whole experience was efficient and he made us feel comfortable throughout the recording process. Nick kept helpful notes to look back on, came with all of the high quality equipment, and had a quick turn around on files and edits. We cannot wait to work with Nick again for future projects!"
