Presented by the Darien Library, Letters to My Future Self will take on a journey to the inside of my mind where improv meets sound-scape and composition meets recording techniques. My debut album explores and expands what the viola can do in constantly-morphing genres. With the help of a microphone and speakers, a powerful audio program, and intricately programmed auto-triggering loops and live-processing, I’ve transformed my album into a solo show filled with wild textures and layers you've never heard before.
